ORDERS AND DELIVERY

All our products are made to order. We go to great lengths to ensure the product you receive is the same as the picture shown, in terms of both look and quality. We aim to send out your order 5 days after receipt. Should the lead time be longer for any reason we will advise you immediately via email on receipt of your order.

Your card details are processed securely and we will not keep your details once the transaction is complete. We will never share your information with any third party.

We charge for delivery and you will be advised of this cost on checkout. Within the UK parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail first class and will require a signature. Parcels to Europe and wider will take a little longer, please email info@sarahlongworth.co.uk for specific delivery quotes to your country.

RETURNS

We will accept returns up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched out to you. Please get in touch before returning any product to us by emailing info@sarahlongworth.co.uk.

Provided that the goods are returned in an unused condition you will be given a full refund for the price you paid for the goods and the original postage. You will not be refunded the cost of the return postage.

We only accept returns for products purchased through the website. We do not accept returns for any of our products purchased through another website or retailer.

We can not offer exchanges.

CARE

Products containing leather should not be washed, instead, advice on cleaning should be sought from a professional leather cleaner.

Products that have no leather content can be handwashed in cold water and dried flat. Please be sure to remove any leather attachments, i.e straps, before washing. If you have any doubts on how to care for your bag please get in touch at info@sarahlongworth.co.uk

We do not accept responsibility for any damage to a product as a result of incorrect care.
